The Horizons Rehabilitation Centre provides an assessment and therapeutic rehabilitation service for individuals with complex needs whose disability requires a multidisciplinary approach.

The main conditions seen within the Centre are of a neurological nature such as head injury, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, stroke etc, but also include individuals with complex physical disability, that is not neurological in nature.

As well as one to one care, the following Groups run on a regular basis:

Cognitive Group

Physiotherapy Tai Chi Group

Relaxation Group

Speech and Language Group

Patients are selected for Group therapy as a result of assessment by the appropriate therapist.
