Management Committee

The Management Committee meet every two months and includes the following people:

• Elected Councillors of Aberdeen City Council
• Senior members of the Council's Social Work Department
• Senior members of NHS Grampian
• Consultant in Rehabilitation Medicine
• Representatives of people with disability
• Service users

The Committee is responsible for approving the policies which apply to the day-to-day operation of the Centre and overseeing the general operation of services whilst assuring a high standard of care.

The Committee must also meet with users and user representatives to agree any future developments. A further responsibility is the review on a regular basis of the financial, operational and facilities management of the Centre.
